It contents the plywood frame, different densities of polyfoam fillers and fabric. And it will finish with paints, varnishes and wax. Generally, those materials include volatile organic compounds, a source of indoor air pollution that can lead to health impacts.

Rotomolded plastic is extremely durable
Rotational moulding offers design advantages over other moulding processes. With proper design, parts assembled from several pieces can be moulded as one part, eliminating high fabrication costs. There are no sprues or runners (as in injection moulding) and no off-cuts or pinch-off scrap (as in blow moulding). The cost advantage of rotational moulding is the minimal amount of material wasted in production. What material is wasted, as scrap or from failed part testing, can usually be recycled.
